Pokemon Team Shenanigans

In anticipation of Pokemon X and Y, here are the currently decided on babies of my upcoming run through team. I still need to pick a flyer and something else complementary, but I'll figure out who I like when I get into it.

Imagined relationships, starting from the top right going down:

1. Froakie and Torchic's evolutions look like they are tailor made to be Super Sentai style team rivals. The Torchic is a more honorable fighter, the red ranger, the leader type who always busts his gut to do his very best. Froakie, the blue ranger, starts out in the lead position, but when fully grown he struggles to catch up, and because of that his personality darkens as he matures. They respect each other and would risk their life for the other if it came down to it, but they're at odds otherwise.

2. Lol, evolution joke.

3. Frog and Toad are friends. Bestest best friends.

These two are little hams. Tyrunt especially so. They like to wrestle a lot.

5. I think for the most part, little rivalries aside, that they'd all fight to protect each other. Sleep well little guys, I can't wait to meet you all on Saturday.
